  • Emotional Support: I teach effective and practical ways to reduce stress and anxiety so parents can be more present and fully engaged in family life

  • Discipline Strategies: I promote discipline that is non-punitive and effective long-term to help parents guide their children in becoming capable, responsible, and kind individuals

Positive Discipline

A key part of my philosophy is Positive Discipline, a research-backed and Montessori accredited approach to parenting that focuses on mutual respect, encouragement, and long-term behavioral change. Instead of relying on rewards, punishments, or control, I teach parents to address the reasons behind their children’s actions, fostering empathy, cooperation, and self-regulation.

I help parents raise children who feel capable and connected, to feel that they count, and have courage to face the challenges that life presents.

If you’d like to explore this approach further, check out my blog post on Positive Discipline where I dive deeper into how this method can benefit your family.
