  • developmental support: I help parents make sense of their child’s growth and find simple, supportive ways to make everyday life easier (think tantrums, power struggles, sibling rivalries, etc.)

    emotional support: I teach effective and practical ways to reduce stress and anxiety so parents can be more present and fully engaged in family life.

    discipline strategies: I promote discipline that is non-punitive and effective long-term to help parents guide they children in becoming capable, responsible, and kind individuals.

  • My coaching approach is rooted in Adlerian psychology, emphasizing personal growth, practical strategies, and a holistic perspective. If you need a cheerleader, rooting for you every step of the way, I’m your gal.

  • I hold a bachelor’s degree in education/psychology, am a certified Positive Discipline parent educator, and have completed advanced Adlerian trainings. Read more about my background.

  • We’ll use Google Meet or get together in-person at Carmel-Clay Public Library.

  • Virtual sessions are $80, in-person sessions are $90.

Does my child participate in the coaching session?

No, sessions are for adults only. To maximize our time together, please ensure you can focus fully on our conversation.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of coaching sessions?

Sessions are booked individually, allowing you to choose the number that suits your needs, whether it's one session or several.

How often should I book coaching sessions?

For behavior troubleshooting, two or three sessions may suffice. For ongoing guidance, consider monthly or bi-monthly sessions. I’m happy to provide more personalized guidance after learning more about your family in the complimentary consultation.
